Teachers in Training
Teachers in Training receive valuable practical classroom experience, while receiving theoretical expertise through enrollment in a credentialing program (outside of Navigator). Teachers in Training supported and coached through the Navigator model will be prepared to transition into a classroom teacher role and deliver an exceptional educational experience to every child that walks through our doors.
